I placed an order! When will I get it?

Once an order is placed, it is packed and shipped out of our office within 3 business days. If there are any delays about your shipment, you will be informed via e-mail immediately. I placed an order as a present!  Can I request gift wrapping?

Of course you can. Please e-mail us at hello@rumisu.com and simply let us know that you would like your purchase to be gift-wrapped.

 

How do I care for my Rumisu?

- For silk & wool products;

We recommend you dry-clean your Rumisu.

Substances containing alcohol might damage fabric and the coloring of your print, so please let your perfume and hairspray dry, before dressing.

Avoid rain and drying your Rumisu product in direct sunlight, as water & sunlight for a prolonged period might damage the coloring of your product.

- For cotton products;

Your Rumisu is printed on extremely fine cotton. To care for your product in the best possible way, we recommend that you gently hand wash it with cold water & flat dry carefully, to prevent any color rubbing or opt for dry cleaning.

Please do not wash with hot water, do not crush & squeeze while still wet.
